CareFirst Urgent Care - West Chester

The Staff and the Doctor were wonderful. I have no complaints. I saw 3 women. All 3 of them were very personable. I had to do a culture and I had never done one before, so the assistant showed me how to do it, instead of just handing it to me. They took me in very fast. I have a Service Dog and they were asking questions about him. Which I really appreciated.

Update: I've emailed the "support" address provided by the ownerand await their response. 11/24/2025 "Provider and Staff were wonderful, but they obviously need more funding allocated to building repairs. I understand it's a clinic and not centered on beauty, but I think it would benefit profit margins and patients to rehabilitate the property." Those were my exact words immediately following my appointment in early October, 2025. I am now almost two months out from that visit, and I now know I won't be receiving my test results. After several calls where I was promised a call back, I went back to the facility to ask about my testing in person, and was surprised that they offered to draw from me again to send another sample. These girls are the absolute best in the business!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Madison, Mariah, and Faith. I was so nervous about coming in. These girls are so down to earth and made this urgent care visit reassure me I’m not alone! Thank you thank you!! Faith is by far the best NP I’ve ever seen! I have been bringing my kids here when i can’t get them into there regular PCP. I have been coming for almost 5 years with kids 5 and under i have never once been turned away due to my child’s age. My daughter is two almost three and was last seen at this location maybe a month ago. Today we were turn away because “the provider was not comfortable with seeing any children under the age of 5” per the front desk. The provider is pregnant so i have no idea if that had something to do with it. Regardless if you do not want to do your job or be apart of a place that treats children why sign up for the job?

Staff was respectful and prompt. Provider was excellent. I was having stomach ache, feverish and chill. She listened to my symptoms carefully, did physical checkup, and concluded it is not due to an infection, rather caused by reaction to an OTC medication. Her prescription medication relieved me of the pain within hours. Overall really good experience.
