Care Network Member - Depew (dermatology)

Would not recommend this place. I originally saw Dr. Conroy who was an awesome dermatologist. I actually saw her, not a PA, for 10 plus yrs throughout her moves. She removed a few basal cell moles and a pre melanoma one as well. Plus I have a skin condition. As soon as she left, they gave me a PA, Spencer her name was, she checked me 2 yrs in a row for my annual check up. When I say checked me, I'm using that word very loosely. A 5 yr old would do a better job. Both times. I thought after the first time I'd give them another chance. This past annual was ridiculously & dangerously, I might add, inept. She missed a tiny dark mole by my eye that my new dermatologist said needed to come off. I'm waiting for biospy results. They were shocked she didn't check my head or face as I have a histor

Very friendly reception. Wait time was exceptional. The nurse, the doctor, both made me feel so welcome. Definitely recommend.

We had to take my 2 year old daughter to get a mole checked. When I booked our appointment the receptionist insisted we see Matt who is the PA. After our appointment I realized why she suggested that. Matt is amazing with kids. Going to the doctor as a toddler can be extremely scary and he made my daughter feel comfortable and by the end of the appointment my daughter was giving high-fives and dancing. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. If you have a young child that needs to be seen, Matt is the guy! Thank you Matt!

My husband's long time, thorough, dermatologist left the area after having moved her private practice under the Roswell umbrella so his appointment today was arranged by the Roswell dermatology practice. The PA he saw did not look at his history, which he actually told my husband. Had the PA looked at the history he would have seen that my Irish skinned, blue eyed husband has had a pre melanoma removed in the past, and that his father used to shave his head for summers spent almost entirely outdoors in the family in-ground pool. In addition to other areas the PA overlooked, he did not bother to check my husband's scalp at all. A competent dermatological PA would refer to patient history and provide more than a cursory examination. Based on our experience I would not recommend the Rosw

4 stars is solely for Matthew and the Medical Assistants who are wonderful. Took away a star because the receptionist at the front, needs to work on her people skills. Went in person for my son’s first appt. and was given nothing but attitude. Called to schedule an appt., same woman answers, nothing but attitude. Me: “I need to make my husband an appt.”. Her: “Is there a reason your husband can’t make his appt.?”. Me: “Is there a reason I can’t make his appt.?”. Crazy because I had all his information and it was as quick as 4 min getting the information to her and getting an appt. People have bad days, that’s fine. However, this is the second time she’s treated me like I inconvenienced her.
