i had 2 stops the 1st stop was in west Jefferson,OH appointment time 7:00AM finished 7:45 my 2nd stop at 9:00AM the distance between the 2 stops 98 miles i got here at 10:00AM i was late 1 hour which is not my fualt i RUDE rude rude disrespectful unprofessional person from the receiving came out throw the paper on me he said the load is refused go call your broker to reschedule you... today is a Friday next Monday is a holiday memorial day.. is he a human this guy? he wants me to sit 4 days in front of front gate .. some people are not human i swear they have no heart they have piece of rock, with bone head .. wondered no boss read the comments?

Very quick unloading . Appointment 6am and I was out by 6:50am. Doesn’t look to be a whole lot of parking for overnight but there is a warehouse right next to it where you can park. Fast and easy will deliver here again 100%

Horrible place to unload. Ungrateful people working there. My appointment was between 1-2pm I got there at 1:30 and they refused to unload me. Rude and lazy. Next day coming back I checked in at 8 just to wait until 1:30 pm again. Shame on them !

Even if you show up for your appointment time your gonna be waiting i went inside and saw them offloading and receiving at the same time like you should finish offloading then start receiving the product

at the reception, the people are disgustingly rude and heartless, the second day I am waiting for them to unload me and they threatened me that if I ask again when they will take me - they will reject me. what kind of people are these… 🤮
