Easy to schedule & we had to reschedule due to a quick change so I called to change the time. It was easy to do. We went to the appointment and there was a large group waiting. At first, I was concerned that it would take a long time & it didn't. We were seen just after our appointment time. Easy-peasy & great service. I highly recommend carbon health.

I was seen for eievated BP and headache. Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner and the doctor were incredibly attentive, caring, and really listened! Though I will go see my GP next week to follow up, I do think that the treatment today helped incredibly in calming my nerves! You guys rock! Thank you! ❤️❤️

Got an appointment within 30 minutes. Arrived and did some paperwork. One minute later was in an examination room with a doctor’s assistant. Did some basic examination. Five minutes later doctor comes in and did a thorough examination and provided clear prognosis with testing in progress. Highly recommend.

I took an out of town guest here who had diarhea and needed some lomotil. I appreciated that you could make a time to be see vs the 2 hour wait at Sutter They were very nice but inexperienced. As a policy they do not prescribe controlled substances , which ridiculously, lomotil is. I am a physician myself and do not consider this Health Care. Sometimes controlled substances are needed. This is what happens when Venture Capitalists take over Health Care

Bizarre and dangerous experience. I came in for an in-grown toenail. The clinician glanced at it and said she didn't know if they had the "tool" to do that but she would look for it. She left the room and returned 15 minutes later. She said they might have it and looked very nervous. I asked her if she knew how to deal with an ingrown toenail and she said no. I asked if she'd ever treated one before and she said "not here." So she was going to do a procedure that she couldn't do. When I left a minute later, I told the office manager that they should not bill insurance as absolutely nothing was done, the clinician was out of the office the whole time. She said she would bill them. I believe that is insurance fraud. Keep away from this place like the plague. The clinicians are obviously bran
