RUN!!!! As fast as you can away from here! My first indication that something was wrong here was that there are never any patients in the waiting room to be seen! In 3 visits, I only ever saw one other person. 2nd I was told they had to run a blood test to prescribe me the same meds I've been on since 1998, OK! But when the results came back exactly as they should be to get my meds, the dr. said nope, need more tests. Couldn't tell me why they needed a whole different blood panel on levels that had NOTHING to do with my condition. When I called my insurance company, they said there was no medical reason for them, but even though my insurance co. called them, he still refused to write my prescription. I wasn't asking for pain meds, controlled drugs, NOTHING. Just something I need to stay a

I am so glad I chose to move to this branch. She listened to all of my concerns and didn't act like she needed to rush on to the next patient like my last Dr. I was early to my appt and they got me in right away. And Dr. came in shortly after the nurse took vitals. Staff was great too!!

All they want is to bull your insurance for test after test and NEVER help you. All I wanted was my thyroid meds and Dr Grimm after ordering labs and seeing my DAGEROUSLY LOW thyroid levels, refused to call in my meds, but wanted me to come in for THOUSANDS of dollars of tests! This place would rather let you die if you have insurance than to help you! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Have you ever left your doctor's office in tears? Not in a bad way but because the doctor is so amazing. Words can't express how grateful I am for Dr. Grimm and his nurse Dee Dee. My visits has always been great. They listen but not judge, educate you on your health and you never feel rushed. Even if you mention your smallest concern, Dr Grimm will zero in on it fast. He is the true meaning of a doctor that cares about his patients. His unwavering commitment to patient care is unmatched. Please visit his practice and you will never have any regrets.

The office staff, nurses and Dr. Grimm are all great. If you’re smart and use the online check-in, it will save time from having to wait in the waiting room. The wait in the exam rooms can be lengthy but it’s a new facility and they are getting better. Dr. Grimm also takes the time to talk to you and really tries to help.
