I took my son to this dentist's office for his first dental checkup, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put my son at ease. The dentist was exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process to my son in a way he could understand. They made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and even turned it into a fun and positive experience. The office was clean and inviting, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. I highly recommend this dentist's office to any parent looking for a caring and gentle dental experience for their child. We will definitely be returning for future appointments!

The whole experience to making my appointment with the staff over the phone all the way over to the experience of the day of appointment was great and smooth. Staff on the day of my appointment had great communication on what was going to happen throughout the appointment. Dentists are tough to feel comfortable in most of the time, but here at Camillus Dental they really make you feel as comfortable as possible from beginning to end.

You can truly tell that this office cares about their patients. Dr. Stephanie Cavallaro and the entire staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They got me in right away when I was in serious pain and were able to resolve the issue the same day. I couldn’t be more grateful—highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I sought a second opinion regarding my dental care, and during my visit, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the dentist. Rather than addressing my concerns constructively, the dentist appeared offended by the fact that I had consulted another provider and proceeded to speak to me in a condescending manner. This experience left me feeling dismissed and insulted, simply for exercising my right to seek clarity about my treatment plan.
