Burleson Family Medical Center

After hearing good things, I decided to give it a try. I’m searching for a new primary physician. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it past a very rude, office staff individual. Just on the phone! I was floored by such a sense of total judgment and intimidation. For no reason… This person has no business working in anything remotely connected to the medical field. Actual people that’s is…much less sick ones. Im suggesting a rude bill collector would be a better fit for her…🙄✌️

I started coming here about three years ago and I really love it. It’s a drive for me but it was recommended by a friend, who wasn’t wrong. Usually have availability same day or next day and I really love the nurse practitioner. She’s been professional and never makes me feel rushed or a bother when I ask any questions. She takes the time to figure out what’s really going on and has impressed me far more than any of the doctors I have worked with at other practice. The staff is wonderful as well, I greatly appreciate you all. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I love this place. I haven't felt this safe with my health and well being in a long time. The nurses, doctor, and staff really do care about their patients. They are worth the wait. I've always made appointments and haven't had to wait long for treatment. We are always going to go here for our health needs!

I was a walk in today. I expected to wait as I was a walk in. I got lucky not a long wait. There was an insurance issue at first but the front desk listened to me instead of fighting and we got that fixed. The MA’s were friendly when they did the intake. The doctor was friendly but most importantly competent. He used a step wise approach which I appreciated. Then treated aggressively which needed to happen. Then God bless him he gave me medicine to calm the most horrible symptom. Which also afforded me to be able to sleep. Very thankful for my visit today. All the staff were awesome!

Worst experience ever. I have never walked out of a doctor's office before..no matter how long the wait. I needed to see a doctor because I was having trouble with asthma. My primary no longer practices in Burleson, so I had to find a new one. When I went to sign in, I was told that they did not have me scheduled for an appointment and if I was sure I had the correct office. I had to pull up my call history on my phone to prove I did call for an appointment two days ago and it was the correct facility. The girl went to the back and I heard her complaining to another girl about someone not scheduling my appointment. She came back and told me I can go ahead and sign in. I asked her would it be a long wait as I'm not on the schedule. She assured me the wait would not be long. I filled out the
