My wife was admitted to the hospital on new years day. I have seen the most professional and courteous staff of any medical service in my life time. SPC Martin on the 7th floor an LVN was her nurse. He is the example of BAMC values for all to emulate. My wife and I can't thank him enough for superb care during her stay under this care. On the 3rd floor during the initial critical time nurse Gannon provide exemplary guidance a professional care geared her speedy recovery. These two individuals make BAMC my choice for health and follow up service. The respiratory therapist Ms. Williams and Mr. Leeds also provided excellent care a follow up guidance for her at home care.

I have had nothing but the best treatment and care here. The doctors, surgeons, emergency staff are all top notch. I speak very highly of all of them. All support staff are also highly trained and have my care extremely is always the absolute best.

I have always received outstanding care at BAMC . Dr.Elliot a Colorectal Surgeon improved my quality of life more than I could ever express. MyPCM"S Dr Babuji & now Dr Duggan are outstanding. I could not ask for better care anywhere.

Brooke Army Medical Center can be more than okay when a patient and physician have the same goal: to improve their health and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have had some doctors who ruined or make like more stressful for me. I have had a few doctors who went beyond to help me. The family advocacy worked really well at one point to advocate for patients' rights. Covid did change things but not that much. What affects BAMC or SAMC is the rotation of good doctors with doctors who think they know best and the patients do not. I think the Hospital Commander needs to take a more proactive approach. Yes, the Hospital Commander also rotates. What should matter is patient care, nothing else. People go there for services and because they are unwell. Overall, this hospital, is okay. The Phar
