We went to the 6th floor for an appointment and the clinic receptionist was very rude. I think the privacy of patients is exposed to the public because every call that came in and out all the people who were in the waiting room heard the whole conversation. Terrible place.

My partner has physical therapy here and i asked to use the restroom. The front attendant informed me that i need a special key to use the restroom and i would have to interrupt their appointment to go get their key to use the restroom. No public restrooms for the actual patients and the patients family or rides. What kind of a giant 10+ story medical building doesn't have a restroom you can use while your at your appointments that last over an hour? That also serves coffee. Very rude front desk person as well. Avoid at all costs

The elevators have always been extremely slow or often not working since I was old enough to drive. Thankfully, the elevators are currently been replaced. Until then expect a wait especially if you come in through the lobby. I always enter via the parking garage entrance to avoid the wait. The building staff that I have come into contact with have always been respectful, helpful & polite.

Expensive Parking Garage and barely any street parking available.
