We had an excellent experience from start to finish! Scheduling was simple, and the staff made filing insurance completely stress-free. During my daughter’s evaluation, the audiologist took her time, asked thoughtful and relevant questions, and explained everything clearly. I accompanied my boyfriend to his consult last week for hearing loss. I'm ALWAYS with him for any appointments because he don't ask questions so I've learned to clear my schedule. When it comes to someone to you love and their health (and as stubborn as he is...) its better to know what's going on & ASK QUESTIONS!!! Dr. Cordova was so thorough, not only with her initial exam & assessments, but her EXPLANATIONS...absolutely amazing! She went over his assessment results pinpointing the exact areas where he has trouble hearing, the letters he has trouble hearing, and even schooled us on the little hairs that don't grow back once damage is done! I've never seen Jimmy more satisfied after an appointment! He's actually looking forward to his next appointment...

I have had tinnitus for 25 years and it's just a horrible condition. I got hearing devices that have a sound built in that plays constantly which has given me tremendous relief. I highly recommend Bright Audiology! They are kind, very caring and professional. Thank you Bright Audiology!
