I have left 4 voicemails in a week and a half. Nobody has called me back “Nicole” for new patient coordinator NEVER CALLS BACK for pediatric developmental appointments!!! This is a horrible way to treat possible new patients especially with the service you guys provide to kids that is VERY IMPORTANT!!! The voicemail for Nicole states to allow up to 3 business days for a call back it has been over a week!!

BCHP doctors are great. The billing department is the worst. Like all the other reviews, you get the phone run around. I have been dealing with the billing department for 1.5 years for an unwarranted charge. The many representatives I have been in contact with agreed the charge is not the patient responsibility. A posting review was submitted to the internal team and noted the account will have a zero balance. My child has been going to the doctor after that unwarranted charge. Payment for each doctor visit is paid right away. BCHP internal team has been ignoring my posting review and the unwarranted charge has been carrying over for 1.5 years. Doctors are great. Just be warned that the billing department will ignore you, not address your unwarranted charges and not give you a resolutio

Same issue as everyone else. They charged my account over $400 saying I never had a referral for service- meanwhile my child had been going to them for over 2 years & I wasn’t even able to make an appointment without a referral in the first place. I appealed to my insurance and WON! The provider is liable to reimburse me, over 2 months and they refuse. Next step- my attorney. It’s a shame because our Dr. is great.

have been dealing with a billing issue with this office for almost 6 months. they charged us for a treatment we never scheduled, and it's been impossible to get any resolution. they've acknowledged the error but won't undo the billing, and getting a complete run around. and on top of that, they've been incredibly rude in the process, which has clearly been noted by many other reviewers. highly recommend staying away, this could happen to anyone. UPDATE: after fighting this for over a year, i have now paid a bill for a treatment that was never given and an appointment that was never made. absolutely no help or acknowledgement from the company. stay away from this place, there is nothing preventing them from doing this to anybody and there is no means to get any resolution - the rudest

Horrible phone run around. No one will answer your calls. You get an automate voice to give you a run around to a voicemail system where your messages are never returned. The only time someone answered was when I accidentally hit Spanish... Go figure, only in America. When I said, English please, she said one moment and never got back to me.
