I met Dr. Boehlert for the first time yesterday. I was impressed immediately by her kindness, and by her thoroughness in taking an history. She gained my trust in just a few minutes. I am grateful to be her patient. One month later: Today I saw Dr.Boehlert for a follow up, complete physical. I continue to be impressed by her kindness, her thoroughness, and her expertise. The whole experience made me feel that I can relax in her care and that any concerns I have will be addressed. She clearly practices "patient first" medicine. I highly recommend her practice.

I have been seeing this doctor for around three or four years. My overall experience with her has just been mind blowing, overwhelming, and unbelievable. She is very argumentative, condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional, unethical. I am a 59 year old adult male. She has given me physicals ever since I’ve been seen her and not once has she touch my scrotum to do a proper physical. I suffer from chronic back pain. I have L4 and L5 and dislocated disc. Spinal stenosis, degenerative bone disease and sciatica. I went two years to pain management and that did nothing for me. I finally got her to give me pain pills after two years of seeing her. She has been prescribing hydrocodone 5 mg and they have to last me three months. I only take them as needed, and only when I need them. I haven’t s

Very unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely late for the appointment. I was waiting two hours past my appointment time for her to see me, and when I did get to see her, she basically told me that I was exaggerating my feelings, which is definitely not the case, and she would have learned this if she had just listened to me instead of dismissing everything I was saying.

I don't even know if I am capable of writing a review, as I didn't even make it back to the exam room to be seen. I had been looking for a new PCP for about a month and a half after a years long lapse in insurance and care. I was thrilled when I called Dr. Boehlert this past Friday and she said she could see me today (Tuesday). She asked me to come in at 1, but I explained on the phone that I had another appointment to go to at 2pm. She graciously accommodated me and said I could come in at 12:30, stating that would be plenty of time since I had paperwork I would need to fill out. I made sure to get there right at 12:30 to ensure I would have the maximum time I could afford. I stepped into the waiting room, and no one was at the receptionist desk. Dr. Boehlert might be different than youre average Doctor and her practice may provide a different experience than a normal doctors visit/office however, she has always catered to my needs as a patient and has gone out of her way after hours to meet them. My prescriptions are ALWAYS called in on time, if not, a simple reminder phone call would do the job. I was skeptical at first but, have come to accept and love her corky ways.
