Amy and her team at Birth and Bloom are truly fantastic! I’ve enjoyed attending prenatal yoga and receiving prenatal massage. The environment is calm and welcoming. Their care is custom tailored to each individual. Their approach to care is very holistic. Birth and Bloom is a staple for women’s health in Rochester.

One of the best yoga classes I have ever attended. Postpartum yoga spoke to my needs for a gentle, mindful, peaceful type of yoga where I could also bring my baby. Definitely going to take more classes from them!

The BEST pelvic floor PTs in Rochester! Dr. Autumn and Dr. Amy are incredible, providing compassionate and individual care to their patients. And they make you feel so safe and so heard, which is extra important with such vulnerable work. I'm so grateful to have their support during my pregnancy and beyond!

I’ve really enjoyed going to Birth & Bloom during my pregnancy! Amy, Autumn, and Sam are all so kind, helpful, and outstanding at what they do. The yoga classes were the highlight of my week during my third trimester when feeling very big and everything seemed so cumbersome. Also Sam’s prenatal massage was divine 🙌

I had three pre-birth PT sessions with Amy and I feel like it made a great, positive impact on my birth. I am looking forward to working with her more on my healing journey. I also got a massage at 37 weeks and it was truly incredible.
