Communication is lacking. I had no followup the next day after a procedure. Most places call. Two days before the procedure, I had a quick question. I left 2 detailed messages. No one ever called me back. Ever.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I went in for rapid heart rate and nothing was done. The nurse practitioner didn’t even listen to my heart when I went in for my test results. I told her I am having increased heart rate even at resting and all they could say is be more active. How the hell can I be more active if I can even breathe well. Explain that! Don’t go here if you wanna make it.

Horrible experience. From checking me in while someone in a wheelchair is next to me filling out papers, instead of being off to the side. To other patients being called in soon after they arrived, while I get called in 10-15mins after my appt, when I arrived 15mins early. Forget about updating paperwork as stated on their forms, no one can advise how the paperwork will be updated. Disgrace.
