BestMed Urgent Care - Richland

Was able to get in quickly. Staff there are nice and helpful. Both receptionists were professional as well as the Med Tech. I saw the PA, Randall, he spent a fair amount of time evaluating me, and very attentive to my concerns with extensive conversation over my health issues. He made some very good recommendations for me to follow up on. Will definitely go there again. I highly recommend the care I received there.

9 Great service. Another client Aand myself had difficulty using our small phone to registered. Nice people, clean building Everyone was nice. Registering was difficult for me cause my cell phone is small and typing, picture taking and looking at my text for codes made it hard. Maybe offer a iPad or something bigger. The people were nice and helpful. I liked how everything was explained to me so I knew what my body was doing. I would go to this clinic again.

The staff was amazing. The care was fantastic and everything was quick. The front office was helpful and the medical staff was great, helpful, and funny. Made both me and my daughter laugh multiple times.

Wasn't sure but I thought maybe I had bronchitis as it seems to be something I enjoy having during the winter months. After a short wait they took me in and sure enough he could tell that I wasn't feeling well. Prescribe me some medication and I'm on my way to recovery. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I don't understand the point in signing up for a time online to be there if I'm still gonna have to sit in the lobby for 2 hrs before being called back. Doctor was nice, but didn't even do an exam when I had gone in sick. Just threw an antibiotic prescription at me and was done. Honestly would not go back here, was told by the front office that they were in network with my insurance just to find out when I got the bill that they are not.
