Best Med Inc

This company has been sending a bill for insulin to my uncle who passed away in 2018. He never took insulin and he was on hospice who took care of all medical expenses. I have called them and told him he pass away and informed them he never took insulin and he was on hospice. He never dealt with best med inc and owes them nothing but I still receive a bill in my uncle's name and the amounts are always different.

Really don't know what kind of outfit they are running but their office /accounting must be seperate from the pharmacy part. I cannot help when their billing cycle is nor should that make any difference, if a payment is made there should be some acknowledgement of payments. We were sent 3 statements with ABSOLUTELY NO acknowledgent of payments made. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! AND THEY CAN'T EVEN PUT THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS/INFORMATION IN THEIR COMPUTER CORRECTLY.

WORST LTC PHARMACY THAT EXISTS!!!!! NO RESPECT FOR LAW!!!! HORRIBLE OWNERS!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
