My name is Ronald Williams you have a individual in there with my exact same name and birthday under your care. His info is causing me havoc on my med profile. My insurance believes I'm him and in this nursing home. When I'm not. Im in my home in Yantis texas now. His social is barely different from mine. Ill lose my Medicaid and insurance if someone doesn't fix the issue. UHC Coordinator of that facility had better get my info and his info corrected. It's causing medical misinformation.

Brownwood, nursing and rehab rehabilitation has A fantastic staffing, they are courteous, I am very satisfied with the Care they have been providing for my brother, I would recommend this nursing home than any other in Brownwood Texas, five stars!

The staff at BNR are absolutely amazing & They don't just treat people they accept them as a part of their families. They are always there for the residents for whatever they might need even if it's just someone to hold their hand and talk to. Brownwood Nursing & Rehab isn't just a place of work it's a home ❤️

Brownwood nursing and rehab is an amazing facility to be associated with and I genuinely feel like they cater to every individuals needs from dietary preferences to activities . They go out of their way to make sure it truly feels like home! The staff is friendly and the residents are AMAZING!

What a wonderful group of professionals!!! From the top administration to the broom and mop folks!! They all know their patients names and needs as well as many family members. Each person shows care and concern daily while tending to their needs very professionally! The facility was also alive with activity socially and the food was good! (I ate with my Mom often)!! We cannot thank ALL of enough for making her final year (91) comforting, caring and filled with love and laughter! The Tongate Family
