Hendrick Urgent Care - Brownwood

I am a disabled veteran and this was my 1st visit to urgent care. I was greeted immediately, handing over ID and completing sign in paperwork. VA was called immediately getting authorized for treatment. There were several walk in's ahead of me, but was seen very quickly. They were very friendly, professional and thorough and we decided on a course of action, transferring to the main ER. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent care.

Such a wonderful asset to the community. Easy in…easy out. Jennifer was the epitome of professionalism and truly cared about my issues. The nurses are friendly, professional and follow up with a phone call to make sure the issues are improving.

This was my first experience at the clinic. I was in and out very quick. The nurse and the provider listened to my concerns and was fast to act! Timers were set when it came to running test and wait times! I thought that was a good idea to help get patients in and out! Very good experience

When I called the clinic, the receptionist shared that they would most likely not be able to help with the issue I needed, but guided me in the right direction. After we hung up, I got a call back from an MA telling me to go to the emergency room. I appreciated ger advice and guidance as it turned out my condition was very serious. It was so nice to know someone cared and was willing to take that extra step, even when I wasn't even a patient.

I went to the Hendricks Urgent Care because I currently do not have a provider. I spent almost $600 between the visit and the medicines. My insurance company is refusing to pay for the service therefore I am having to pay for this out of my own pocket. I have a rash on my body that is causing large red sores. The provider at the Hendricks Urgent Care Center did nothing for me. I still have the rash. In fact the rash seemed to have got worse while I was taking the medicines he prescribed. I am now back on home remedies. A bad experience! How can your employees be so wrong in their diagnosing.
