Jacobs Family Pharmacy

I've been receiving the same prescription since childhood, and this was the first pharmacy that refused to fill it. They hinted at "red flags" instead of treating me with respect or checking my long, established history. They were unprofessional and made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I wasn't. I then had to go through the process calling my doctor back. I'm getting it sent somewhere else. Save yourself some time, don't fill through Jacob's.

Fast and very friendly staff! Drive thru is very convenient and very close to my house :) same prescription that was completely covered by insurance here was $40 OOP at cvs!

Jacob's Family Pharmacy never disappoints! Friendly, knowledgeable and family owned, it's a great place for all things pharmaceutical AND fun gifts as well.

Got my prescription today and when I got home I noticed my pill count was way off, over half of my pills were missing. But I trusted them, have been going to them for over 10 years, so I called to see what happened and to get it fixed, But instead staff were beyond rude about the situation and did not help at all. I will never go back there.

Excellent independent pharmacy. Usually if I call in a refill it's ready in one to two hours. Staff is very attentive and go out of their way to help! There hasn't been a noticable "noise level". And they have a drive thru.
