The staff here are absolutely amazing! Very loving, caring, supportive people! They definitely get the residents involved in all kinds of activities! The residents love seeing the outside community stop by and say hello! Just the other day they enjoyed time spent with the Brownwood Lady Lions Volleyball team! Highly recommend LAKE HILLS!!!!!

We had an awesome experience with the staff at Lake Hills in transferring our sister in law to them. My husband's sister was at a previous nursing home. We wanted her transfered closer due to a couple of factors 1) Closer to family 2) They had flooding due to heavy rain inside the facility 3) She seem to be sedated more often when we went to visit 4) Ants on her bed 5) Injured in transporting to Dr appointments ,by straping her to wheel chair inside a van. Also when checking places near us to transfer to be close to our town,then is when we found out her Medicaid expired 3 months prior. We had no idea and it had expired,due her present nursing home was taking care of it. We talked to our Medicaid office they helped us with the reinstating procedure. This facility has created an amazing and welcoming culture. You can tell that the staff truly cares about their residents. From the condition of the facility to the awesome actives they put on everyday, everyone seems to got the extra mile to ensure that the residents are cared for and enjoying their stay.

The staff at Lakehills are so easy to work with when patients are transitioning to home health. When visiting Lakehills all the staff I came in to contact with were helpful, kind and professional.

I called to ask about school advertising. It had nothing to do with placing a family member. But the level of service I received from them was amazing. I spoke with Kathy first. She is an absolute doll! She is an AMAZING asset to this business. I then spoke to Ramsey. She is LITERALLY one of the nicest people on the planet. If you live in this area, and need their services, i would 100% plus recommend them.
