Dr.Polo has always been a great vet but tonight his compassion toward my family and more importantly my older son was incredible. We had to take our life long friend Dooter in, it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge. His decline happened so fast and my son was so confused why we were choosing this. Dr Polo spoke to my son and explained everything to him in such a way we all found peace. He went over everything with us in great detail. He also gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. It was an incredibly hard night but Dr Polo’s compassion and understanding made things just a bit better for us all. I will never forget his compassion during this difficult time.

I am a fierce dog mom and expect the best for my babies. Dr. Polo and his staff are exceptional in every way. They truly care. Dr. Polo is very conservative in his approach for treatment which I really find refreshing.

I was not a patient yet and had an emergency situation. Dr. Polo had enough time to take a call and consult me on what I could do instead of bringing my dog in to see him right away. Very kind and clearly cares very deeply for all animals

My beloved Golden Retriever suddenly collapsed and died from what I deem was a misdiagnosis from Dr. Polo. I have depended on him in the past, but this time he let me down. Instead of ordering an x-ray to see if she had a blockage, he only prescribed antibiotics which did nothing. I was bringing her for a follow up on a Tuesday, but she couldn’t hang on and died the prior Sunday. Should I blame him? Yes, I do. The staff was terrible. I brought my other Golden in for an appointment that was supposed to be for my Olivia who passed. They told me they had no record of Olivia, hence they had no appointment.They proceeded to charge me for an emergency visit for Marcus.
