I have been going to Berlin Eyecare for over 20 years, and it has always been a great experience. It is a small business where they treat everyone like family. After Dr. Potosky retired the new doctors smoothly transitioned and joined the optician, Mike Kennedy, who started the business. Mike greets patients by name as they enter, treating each as a friend. He recommends frames that look good on each patient and guides you through the process and fitting. The doctors take their time during the exam and explain what is happening each step of the way. The office staff are all friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Nick and Dr. Sara are both very professional and thorough optometrists. They take the time to thoroughly explain all about your eye care. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Mike, the optician, is very knowledgeable and good at his job. Recommend them all highly.

This establishment carelessly applied my vision benefits to another customer, making it an absolute nightmare to recover them. The process of correcting their mistake was made even worse by their staff, who were defensive and hostile throughout.
