Misdiagnosed obvious signs. No follow ups. When called for re evaluation based on second opinion the NP got defensive instead of actually trying to help. Not good. You need real doctors providing care not NPs… sorry to say but she has no knowlege. The technician had better knowlege than the np. And it’s not good to get defensive it’s someone’s health we talking about it’s ok to let go of ur ego. I get it u did the to be a doctor but no need to be defensive…

I just took my daughter here who has been sick for a few days, coughing, sore throat, body aches, etc. They called her back and she was back out in less than 5 min. They told her it was viral but didn’t perform a strep, flu or Covid test to rule anything out. I my family will never go back here.

This is by far the worst urgent care I've ever been to. I've been here twice and each time I was Misdiagnosed and rushed out the door . Both times having a sinus infection I was told it was allergies and anxiety by the same doctor! Not only did I have to pay out of pocket for the doctor to not even give me a chance to voice my concerns before dismissing it for anxiety. I also had to beg her to look at my throat again... so happy I paid for urgent care and an ENT.... Super disappointing and shame on that doctor for not listening and blaming everything on anxiety.

Went there last week and not only was the staff very polite, nice and humorous but the doctor there was amazing. I am actually switching my physician to the gentleman that I had which was Dr Michael A Hassman . It's hard to find doctors who care about your health nowadays but this doctor was so amazing.

The receptionist lady was very dismissive, cold and not very kind towards my mother and I. I did not appreciate the service. She had also snatched my license out of my hand when I gave it to her and kept asking me if I had a claim when I had just got into a car accident less than 20 mins ago. So obviously no I don’t have a claim yet. Another car hit my car hard first! Lol. She even gave us a hard time even when we asked for the name of the doctor when we were leaving who was also not listening and quite dismissive as well. She did not really examine my body, she wasn’t listening to the story I was trying to tell even though she was asking questions and still not understanding what I was saying I got hit by a car first. The only person who was really nice was Helene or if that is her name.
