This is an excellent facility. I went today for a treatment that required an IV. The nurse who took care of me was sweet and professional. I noticed that the folks working at the various desks were extremely thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. Plus, the automated parking stubs and validation are up and working. I had to get help to make sure that I had validated correctly and the woman who assisted was very kind. The GPS in my car is a little confused: I drove up from the south on San Pablo. Instead of turning left toward the big building marked "3100" it told me to make a U Turn. The facility is pleasant and all of the staff I interacted with were just super.

The lady working at the front desk for lab is so unprofessional - I politely asked her how long it would take as I had another appointment later that day - she was so impatient, but she checked my paperwork and confirmed it would only take a few minutes - I made the payment accordingly and went in. Soon, I was told by the nurse my tests included a breath test, which would take up to 20-30 minutes after the blood test. Then I said I wasn’t informed of that, and I would have to do it another day. The lady walked in and told me in a very condescending tone that the copay couldn’t be refunded “if you don’t do it now, you have to pay again when you come back” how ridiculous? I thought she was supposed to help people

Theologis was a lifesaver in getting my mom the back surgery she needed, when other docs were afraid to intervene. She couldn’t tolerate the pain any longer. He has a warm, confident and calming presence. So grateful we found him!

Talked with doctor for less than 10 minutes, did a very simple blood test, getting charged for $800+. Tell me how this is justified. And they keep sending you new bills, endless. When you call why a simple visit costs so much, they say if you pay right now on the phone we can give you 15% discount. Why UCSF sounds like a scam?

I had an amazing experience getting my Nexplanon removed. Dr. Ashley Jeanlus was so patient and walked me through everything she was doing. It was the best doctor’s experience I’ve ever had!
