A little disappointed. I tried calling as a new patient a few times and spoke with the woman who answered the phone. I was told twice that I’d receive a call back, but I never did. The first time was to confirm whether my insurance was accepted—which I already knew it was—but I waited two weeks anyway before following up. When I called again, I was told that the “cleaning company misplaced my number.” I provided all of my information again and was assured I’d get a call back after they contacted my insurance company. It’s now been three weeks, and still no response. I hate leaving negative reviews, but when you’re simply trying to make an appointment with a doctor, the front desk should be willing and able to help you do so. I have only seen Dr. Bellet and he is the best dermatologist I have ever seen. He has always diagnosed my ailments correct and the wait time short. The staff has to warm up to but once you get to know them you become friendly and funny. Go here, you will not be sorry. Everytime I send someone there they are happy.
