Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospitals - Burleson

This is my second time coming here. 5 out of 5 stars both times! The staff are so very nice and compassionate and efficient. The doctor specifically this visit (Dr. Blankenship) was very kind, personable, and explained everything and I did not feel rushed. Nurse Donna was amazing and calming and super nice and knowledgeable. Emily was pleasant to work (paperwork) with and so was Kimmy at the CT scan. They all actually seem like they like their job and truly enjoy helping patients and treating them like people. Matchless experience. Best place for ER!

Great visit! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and courteous. The staff made us feel welcomed and cared for, which means everything when you’re there with your child. They truly took amazing care of my baby girl and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member we encountered was gentle, attentive, and reassuring. You could really feel that they genuinely care about the families they serve. We’re so grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism shown during our visit. Highly thankful for such a wonderful experience.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! I came here in pain. Of course I was met with a white, male, doctor who had no compassion for people who look like me. I had a very bad panic attack and cried so hard out of fear I wasn’t getting fair treatment and Only the nurse Donna and X-Ray tech Tamara showed any semblance of compassion(Thank you ladies).

This urgent care goes above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of in the best way. Dr.B makes it feel like you are his only patient and top priority. He’s quick but he takes time to sit and explain everything! he also follows up afterwards if it’s something urgent. THE BEST EMERGENCY ROOM!

I came to the ER with severe dental pain, and the staff were amazing. The doctor explained the procedure for a dental block clearly, and the nurses were kind, attentive, and very reassuring. They made a stressful experience much easier. Highly recommend!
