I have a problem tooth and made an appointment with Baybrook for March (January at the time of making it). The tooth was bothering me quite a bit and was making me nervous, so I called in and asked if I could get in earlier, and they got me in the next day. The office is absolutely gorgeous, and way nicer than you'd think for a simple dentist's office. They've got these massive comfy chairs, a huge fireplace, and all sorts of antique looking decorative things out and about in the waiting area. The actual examination areas are of course very modern, clean, and inviting. It's way, way nicer than you'd expect. The sweet lady with tattoos got me in quickly, gave me an X-Ray and examined all my teeth. She gave me a nice cleaning and listened to my concerns and questions about what she thought

Dismissed from practice during COVID because I had COVID and didnt know it until the day of my appointment. Tried to make a new appointment since they are the ONLY place in the area that takes my insurance and was taking patients now and was still denied.

I haven’t been to a dentist in probably 7 years sadly. I have the worst dental anxiety and very embarrassed about my teeth. I came here for an exam today and they made me feel comfortable, no one judged, they were 100% professional and kind 😊 made me feel much better about visiting dentists in the future.

Doesn't listen and allows teeth to continue to decay until work they cant provide is needed. Always just does a patch job until the filling falls out and the tooth requires a root canal. Has the ability to be kind, but not the ability to listen to patients.

Terrible group of women at this practice. Rude and condescending. If you have Medicaid they will treat you like dirt. Having bad anxiety I told them that and they rudely asked why I had anxiety. Anyone with brains knows that is not how you deal with an anxious patient.
