My daughter (8) felt most comfortable with Bateman after checking out 3 places. They made her feel welcomed, allowed her to ask many questions. They took their time and made us feel welcomed.

Everyone at Bateman Orthodontics is so welcoming. No matter who is taking care of me, everyone creates a comforting environment. Today I had Natallie who completed an Invisalign rescan. It was done comfortably and efficiently! Overall, great experience and I highly recommend this office for any orthodontic treatment.

We’re very pleased with our experience at your Greece location. Olivia chose Invisalign, she’s almost completed her treatment, and very happy with the results so far. There’s never been a problem with scheduling or rescheduling her appointments, and there are plenty of after school and weekend appointments available. We had several consults in the Monroe county area as cost was also a factor. We chose Dr.Fox as our Orthodontist,,, we absolutely made the right choice. Honestly, the technicians are wonderful with her, always on time, and we’re in and out in minutes. I highly recommend this office, it is comfortable, clean, affordable, great parking, and accommodating. They’re professional, kind, responsible, caring, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you! Everyone at the office is friendly, helpful, and professional—from the front desk staff to the technicians. I began my treatment with Dr. Fox (now retired) and currently see Dr. Levenson, with occasional visits with Dr. Bateman—all of whom have been wonderful. Special shoutout to Aurelia, who always goes out of her way to ask about my family and remembers the little details, like my favorite minty green bands. She always greets me with a smile! My daughter recently finished her braces, I’m still in treatment, and now my son is just starting. Highly recommend this practice for the whole family!
