My last visit to this Urgent care is what has made my rating 5 stars. In the past I’ve taken my husband and we’ve gotten great service but the care and education I got after taking my son in was phenomenal. The NP was kind, considerate and very informative when it came to how to care for my son’s medical needs.

Pleasant staff. Simple sheduling on line. No wait. PA knowlegeable and very good explaining treatment. I didn't know my pharmacy was not open until I left the clinic. I telephoned and asked it prescription could be transfered. Request was handled quickly. Great service in all respects.

I love how my visit was problem focused. Even though I came in 1 hour early I was still able to get seen after checking in. The customer serves was great from the front desk to the CMA and provider.. thank you!

My appointment was at 12:20 and I showed up ten mins prior. I didn’t get called back to a room until 2pm. And didn’t leave the establishment until 2:30. No point in setting up an appointment. No advisement of how many patients ahead of me. Nothing. My main purpose was to have a suture removed that I could’ve apparently done myself at home.

We’ve were sitting in the lobby waiting to be checked in for 30 minutes with no one else going up to the window. The receptionist took my GFs ID card and has been on her phone the entire time. Meanwhile we were watching the check in queue and her name hasn’t appeared. While there are more and more online check ins filling the screen. The receptionist keeps calling everyone else in the lobby.
