I’ve worked with Ruchita at Back in Action on two different injuries, and both times she made a big difference. The first was a shoulder injury when I couldn’t lift my arm above my head. She took the time to understand the issue, identified the root cause, and guided me through exercises that helped me recover. Later, I went back to her for a knee injury, and again she handled it with the same care and thorough approach. What I appreciate most is how proactive she is with follow-ups and how she adjusts the treatment plan based on progress. Ruchita is professional, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs.
