This assisted living has such a peaceful, warm atmosphere to it. Everyone I met seemed very happy and content. God bless.

My wife was recently a patient at Burleson Nursing And Rehab Center. From the moment we arrived the care and support we received exceeded our expectations. The physical therapy department was truly compassionate and exceptional. We were really impressed with their kindness, dedication and positive attitude. They made a real difference in her healing both mentally and physically. We would like to make honorable mention to the administrative staff, the nurses, aides and the cafeteria members for providing an environment of quality, care and support. We are so grateful for all of you. Thank you all so much.You will be in our Prayers 🙏🙏🙏.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Today I spent about an hour visiting a fellow church member who is currently residing at Burleson Nursing and Rehab. (formerly known as Trinity Mission Health and Rehab). (Unfortunately, my friend was unable to communicate much.) I’m writing this review because I was appalled by the condition of his restroom. STOP reading now if you have a weak stomach: In the attached pictures you can zoom in and see dry feces on the toilet seat, and on the floor were bare footprints in what must have been, at one time, wet feces! Since there’s no shower in his restroom, it begs the question: what must the bottom of his feet look like?! I’m aware of several positive reviews of this nursing home so I pray this is not the norm. My mom has been here since the end of October 2024. The people have been so caring & accommodating towards her. This is definitely one of the older nursing homes in Burleson with major updates needed. I feel this to be a safe place to meet her needs currently. Her room is kept very clean & tidy.

My mom was in Burleson Nursing and Rehab for 15 months until her passing last week. There are no words to adequately express my sincere respect and appreciation to the nurses, doctors, and support staff for the care they provided to my mother. I was there everyday. Sometimes inthe morning and sometimes in the evening. I was always greeted by staff and updated o her health at every visit. There was never a time I felt she was not getting the best care and support possible. I loved my mother deeply and always will. I have peace knowing that when I could not be with her, she was being cared for by a family of caretakers who showed her love and respect. They are awesome people doing difficult work with hearts filled with love for their patients. So blessed they were there for our family.
