I took my mother-in-law. She was not excited about getting hearing aids. However, After getting tested and fitted she was thrilled. She is 97 years old an wears them like she should. If anything goes wrong with them. They are great about getting them fixed. The experience was a 5 and still is. Thank you from me Patricia Hanretta.
