Auburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

During my stay here I have had no issues with the care I've received. The staff is engaged and eager to assist in any way they can, however, the facility is short staffed most of the time. There does seem to be an attempt to hire more CNAS. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The only shortcoming in my opinion is the food, which could have more variety.

My mom recently passed away. She was at Auburn Rehab for 5 months. I cannot overstate the kindness she received from everyone at the facility. The staff embraced her and us as family. They collaborated with us about her care and she truly received excellent medical treatment. We were blessed to have such compassionate and caring staff taking care of mom and guiding us through her long goodbye. I will never forget the genuine kindness and love these wonderful people gave us. Anne Marie Abt

The Facility Nursing, Environmental, Rehabilitation, Maintenance and other Staff members have always been kind and responsive to my concerns about my sister's care .The Administrative staff has been extremely helpful, and a constant source of guidance to numerous questions, problems, and navigating the maze of information related to Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance and other health related concerns.

My mother was a resident at Auburn Rehab off and on for two years until she passed. All the staff were very kind to her over the time she was there, and I'm forever greatful. My family and I couldn't have picked a better place for her to be, honestly we had bad experiences atn other facilities which brought my mother to Auburn Rehab and by far from my experience it was the right choice. A smaller facility allows residents and family to know majority of staff and gain bonds of trust, care and compassion which I had seen many times when I visited my mother no matter the shift.

Omg! So helpful! Love these guys! They took such great care of my Dad. I visited every day and the nurses were wonderful everyday! Thank you so much Taylor for your help and patience!
