Auburn Orthopaedic Specialists LLP

I had a hip replacement and I am so glad I did. The office was very welcoming and made me feel well taken care of. Dr. Alexander was very kind to answer every question I had. I was truly impressed with him and his staff. I always felt like I was getting the best care.

My appointment was @9:45a.m. with Dr. Alexander well I didn't get in to see him till 11a.m. my time is money I had other appointments I had to cancel. He wasn't friendly, never introduced himself to me, (this was my first time seeing him). He never said anything about what the x-rays showed. All he said was he THINKS it's my back. I won't be going back to him. I will be going to SOS.

I had great experience with my shoulder surgery this past September with Dr Alexander. His staff is always welcoming and very efficient…..I highly recommend!!

The staff are over worked. This causes them to be rude in return to patients. The doctors are good and can help you but the women at the front desk are really nasty.

Thank you to Joleen for the help with my husband's pre auth and getting him scheduled. You went above and beyond to correct the problem! 5 stars to you!
