I had an excellent experience thanks to Dr. Mandava and the team. Dr. Mandava was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Tiffany was incredibly helpful and welcoming — you can tell she truly cares about the patient experience and keeps everything running smoothly. Annie and Maddie were both amazing as well. They were kind, attentive, and made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this team!

Kelly is very professional and I feel like i have a really good relationship with her. She gives great advise and always addresses my questions and concerns. Tiffany is very friendly and helpful. Always nice to me when I go into the office. She has looked out for me plenty of times and i'm very grateful of her. She also answers any of my questions or concerns. I am very pleased to be a patient here at Aspen dental in Henrietta. The staff treats their patients with respect, fairness and kindness.

My first experience from check in to checkout was smooth. The xray tech was very nice and very thorough. The Dentist was knowledgeable, adressed my concerns, and shared her suggestions. Tiffany the office manager was polite. She greeted me with a smile and talked about an experience she had for a procedure I will need in the future. My anxiety was a little high but she made me feel at ease. I will highly recommend this Aspen office.

I have extremely horrible anxiety going to the dentist. All the staff I interacted with at my appointment were so sweet, caring, understanding, and helpful in making the experience manageable. They were thorough in explaining next steps for my dental work. I truly appreciate them. Patience and caring go along way in a healthcare setting and they set a great example of true customer service.

My visit to the Aspen Dental Henrietta office was genuinely refreshing. Unlike my experience at the Chili branch, the atmosphere here felt warm and welcoming from the start. One thing I really appreciated was that I never felt judged. Sometimes in dental settings, you can sense a little tension or judgement but here even if any judgment existed it definitely wasn’t present in the room. Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and willing to break everything down in a way that made sense. They didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel pressured, and made sure I fully understood my options. Overall, the Henrietta Aspen Dental team showed me a positive dental experience.
