Aspen Dental - Rochester, NY - Gates

Great experience so far! Everyone was very nice, their system was fool proof & fast. As someone who really doesn’t like the dentist (who does) and I hadn’t been in awhile, I didn’t feel judged for the condition of my teeth. Most dentist offices make me feel that way. So it was a nice change of pace. Looking forward to using them again.

I love being a patient at Aspen! They’re very informative, explain your X-rays in detail, help you come up with a treatment plan and the best thing- you don’t have to wait months to be seen! I had an issue and as a new patient they got me in within 2 days!! Even with poor credit Esterlyne was able to find me financing to help with the cost. This most recent visit, I met Wanda who was very friendly and welcoming and put me at ease. They’re all like that actually! Thank you, Aspen dental on Chili Ave for great care and treatment!

What a great experience I had today at Aspen Dental. From the moment I opened the door to the waiting room. The waiting room was clean, smelled great, and was decorated so nicely for the fall. Everyone who interacted with me was very knowledgeable, clear and friendly. The atmosphere was professional and welcoming. Everyone from the dentist, dental hygienist, technician, receptionist, and office manager worked together seamlessly, even pleasantly talking and joking with each other, which added to the positive atmosphere. I am glad that I happened upon Aspen Dental, and specifically the Gates office.

Had an appointment Monday for an extraction. They attempted to extract after all the numbing. Broke a tool in my mouth while attempting to pull. Couldn’t get it pulled out. They stitched it up and said I need an oral surgeon. Appointment was at 12 by 1230, I was out, x-rayed and they told me to leave and come back at 2 to schedule my oral surgeon. Found that strange they didn’t want me to just wait, or take care of me as I just got out of the chair, little unprofessional. I come back at 2 to schedule appointment. Later on that same day I start receiving calls from a Toronto number and then a text message from Dr. Kim asking how I was doing. Also strange, should be calling me from office. Proceed to Tuesday morning @ 730 I started receiving calls from Aspen Dental but I am a business owner

Aspen is an amazing, clean dental office with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is great and very professional. Front desk receptionist Duni is especially helpful and kind—she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
