Aspen Dental - Lady Lake, FL

Aspen Dental is a very caring place, not only for Seniors but for anyone. Starting with Dr. Hanoman, (who has a lot of experience as a Dentist and is also very kind), Dental Assistant Jose Sabrina, (who is very sweet and kind and has a lot of patience), Lab Tech Marlok, (who also possess a lot of patience and is very kind as well). Both, Jose and Marlok work as team to create wonderful fitting dentures. The Hygienist Syed ( is a sweet person). Office manager Jada (she is very nice and sweet). Last but not least is Aspen (the patient experience coordinator, she has an outstanding personality which is why she sits at the front of the office).

I am a new patient needing to establish with a dentist. Upon entering, I was greeted with a beautiful smile from Aspen, the receptigrays. She answered questions and was very patient. I was made to feel welcomed. Jose was super nice and took time with xrays. Dr Hanoman is very friendly, welcoming and eager to provide information and positive comments. She is knowledgeable and wants to continue with providing me with superb dental care. . She'd, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and very considerate. His patience is very appreciated. My teeth are very clean .

“Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience” I visited this office on Monday, February 16, 2026, and the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable from start to finish. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated and clearly driven by profit rather than patient care. I was presented with a “pre-treatment” estimate of nearly $5,000, despite the fact that I see a dentist regularly and carry excellent dental insurance. The treatment plan was over-engineered, included multiple charges for services that were not necessary, and felt entirely sales-driven. Worse, I was charged for services I did not receive. I can't say enough great things about Aspen Dental. From the greeting and help I was given at front desk to every person I interacted with after that. Syed, was the BEST. So good at his job and so kind. Very comforting to a person who has dental anxiety. Excellent!!

First time at Aspen dental overall the best all the staff are nice and welcoming. Syed was awesome. Very pleasant, explain things very well and to the point. 5 star service wait time less than 10 minutes.
