It was a frustrating and annoying experience. I went there as a first time patient. Waited for over 1.5hrs to the point the hygienist wasn’t able to see me. So I rescheduled. Go to my rescheduled appointment at 830am. Got there early and waited for over an hour. I didn’t get my cleaning done. They took measurements and then told me to schedule another appointment with a consultant. I was told to wait in the waiting room after my appointment. I told them I couldn’t wait any longer since I had to go to work. I was told I’d be contacted in 30mins and never heard from them. The waiting room at that point was packed with over 10 people waiting. I don’t understand why appointments were so behind that early in the morning. after having a horrible dental experience elsewhere i was skeptical to try a new place. Dieanna is a true rockstar. Accommodations needed to be made for me and she made me feel at ease and i was able to trust her. Mikasa, Dr. Lee and Ashley were also amazing at playing their parts. I went in nervous and scared but I know with their passion, I am in good hands. Thank you!

Although I had a pleasant in person experience. They diagnosed me with periodontal disease, at the time I believed them. I later went for a second opinion by another dentist in town, and I do not have periodontal disease. I believe they are telling all the customers this so they can make money. On a side note, they’re not great with contacting your insurance.

Everyone in this office was over the top nice, informative and helpful. I had to rush them so I could pick my kids up off the bus and they were so nice about it. This experience was great and makes me have less anxiety about the dentist. I look forward to my follow ups with them.

I stopped being a patient here in 2024 (last visit November 22, 2024). In January 2026, I received the first bill/itemized statement I’ve ever gotten from this office demanding nearly $3,000, including charges they claim go back to 2023. The statement says “due upon receipt,” but I was never billed previously and they could not provide a copy of any earlier bill they claim was sent (including an alleged bill from April 2025). They also claimed the amount is based on a “Good Faith Estimate” of what they thought my insurance would pay. I had insurance and I already paid roughly $2,000 out of pocket while I was a patient.
