Ashbrook Pediatrics

Ashbrook Pediatric is a wonderful practice! The doctors and staff are warm, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients. They always take the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. The office is clean, welcoming, and very child-friendly. I’m always impressed by the level of attention and professionalism they provide. Highly recommend Ashbrook Pediatric to any family looking for excellent pediatric care!

Terrible place. The doctor told me to “get over” experiencing abuse. The only saving grace of this place is her female staff who seem like they actually have some kindness in their hearts.

I have taken my kids with Dr Sethi for 17 years. Very good doctor. 👍

They’re never on time , forget records of any of the shots. You wait a while to see the doctor and when you finally do see someone it’s not the doctor and when you request just to see the doctor you put yourself on the back burner but then you wait for the doctor and you get 5 minutes tops. I have requested records for my children’s several times in the past year and have yet to received it. We change PCPs a year ago because of this and have requested several times from this office and have yet to receive a call back or an email with the documents. I don’t know what happened , used to take my nephews and niece is here and they were pretty good on appointments and all that then but let’s say 13 years ago.

The people in the front desk are ridiculous not good especially the lady who sits in the first computer to the left. You ask for something and she’s gonna seem likes she’s doing what you ask her but in real, she does not do it at all. As well for my child I took her for an appointment because she was having throat hurts but the doctor just told us it was a virus and that it would go as it goes. My daughter didn’t receive any type of medicine and so on.
