Dr. Loc is the Best dentist I have ever been to. He and his assistants are caring, kind and highly skilled. communicating through all procedures at all times. Dr. Loc really does want the best outcome for everyone. If he can save a tooth he will. His assistant Loretta is the best!

I am terrified of the dentist and it has stopped me from having a Primary Dentist. I made an Emergency dental appointment here, they got me in within 24 hours. It was the most gentle cleaning and extraction of a molar. Zero after pain. The beautiful Pit Bull who wanders around giving love ❤️ was an extra comfort. What a sweet baby. Ive read some of these low reviews, and this was not my experience at all. The Hygienist was gentle and experienced, and my Dentist was more than amazing.

I waited over a year for an appointment here. Called and confirmed my appointment a week prior and when I arrived on time for my appointment they had canceled it because they couldn’t reach me the day prior as my phone number had changed in the last 13months. Ridiculous. Absolutely asinine.

I have used this dentist for years. Everytime I go I had to tell them NOT to have their pet PITBULL in the office with me. It’s unsanitary and I have a childhood fear of them. And yet the dog is still there every visit. I ended up having to go to my dr from an infection I believe I caught from the dog! The Last crown they did fell out! I had to reschedule my appointments because I have lupus and often get very sick last minute. This is in my chart. And now they want to drop me as a client without fixing my crown! And discriminate against me For having an auto immune disorder!!! Very unprofessional! I will Be filing a complaint with the medical ethics board and my attorney and the board of health and I do not recommend to anyone!

Very pleased with this dental office. I did have to wait about three months to be seen as a new patient but it was well worth the wait! The hygienist is the sweetest women ever and did an amazing job with X-rays and cleaning considering I have very sensitive teeth. I was able to get three fillings done that same day. The numbing shots were completely painless and the dentist played music while she worked. I have bad anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done and she did amazing keeping me calm. Out of all the dentists I’ve seen in my thirty years this was by far my best experience! My teeth don’t even look like I had fillings! So sad to see the negative reviews and I’m hoping to continue having such a great experience at this dental office! A million times thank you AMD!!
