Alta Bates Summit Medical Center | Regional Acute Rehabilitation Center

My mom has been transferred to this facility for rehab treatment since this past Wednesday. The check in staff on the first floor are so unfriendly and mean. The room is super warm in the upper 70s all the time, and the AC is just blowing warm air, specially after told the staff to turn the temperature down. The person in charge of ordering food forgot to order food for the whole floor the other day. Yesterday, Dinner starts at 6pm, but my mom did not get to have her food till 8:30pm. Food portion is so small, and I have to bring additional food to her myself so that she would not feel hungry all the time. My mom is only a 110-lb tiny woman! There is more!
