Allure Dentistry and Braces

I can guarantee you that no one likes going to the dentist’s office. I can also guarantee you that this dentist’s office is one you will like and love. I arrived at the facility and was greeted by the front desk staff with a welcoming smile, as always. Hannah and the crew are always on point! The receptionists are all so patient, kind, and thorough. They went above and beyond to answer my questions. My favorite part about my visit was the part I was most scared of. The dental nurse (Angelyk) was very diligent. She made sure I was comfortable and educated me on the steps she was taking to prepare me for the next step. When Dr. Pannu came in, I was elated. Instantly I knew I was in trusted hands. Dr.Pannu is the best dentist in the world in my book. She’s so incredibly caring towards her patients while also keeping a professional clean environment. I had avoided the dentist for years due to fear of judgment + just overall fear. Dr.Pannu has completely changed my view on the dentist. She was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the whole process. She truly changed my life and I have endless gratitude for her! If you’re scared of the dentist, go see her! After experiencing some anxiety going to my previous dentist, Allure has only provided me with a positive and pleasant experience. On my first visit they created a plan for my teeth that was easy to understand and very helpful to see on paper what I needed to get done. Dr. Pannu is very nice, welcoming, and extra attentive through the process. Receptionists are very nice and easily contactable.

If I could give 0 stars I could. The workers are genuinely nice it is not their fault what happened but it is the deceitfulness of the company. I made an appointment last week to see a periodontist. They are listed under the Mass Health website under the periodontist speciality to have a periodontist. I call the number and I make an appointment for a periodontist consult which the lady said in the phone they had. I get to my appointment this morning and reiterate to the receptionist at the front about two times I am here to see a periodontist. She responded that she saw I am here to see the periodontist on my appointment on her computer and that the cleaning and the periodontist consult would be in one appointment. The hygienist takes me back and does my cleaning and is asking me what brou
