I was impressed with the warm welcome I received as a new patient. Dr Shute explained every test thoroughly and took great care to ensure that we was certain of my test results before deciding on a referral. I would thoroughly recommend the services offered here .

The location had a great optician but he left. I was calling to request same set of contacts for a travel trip - my prescription has remained the same since last time I got contacts from this location. The office was compelling me to make a new New Patient appointment with them in order to confirm my prescription has remained the same. This is an awful grifting strategy and an an irresponsible way of managing patient data. Do not go here.

Dr. Chute was an excellent provider. After having a poor experience elsewhere, I was floored by her kindness and professionalism. I felt cared for, and that she was truly listening to my concerns. I highly recommend her, especially to anyone who hasn't felt listened to elsewhere.

The staff here is amazing. They were so patient and so kind to my daughter who was nervous. Doctor Joan went into great detail and gave flyers as well to better understand everything mentioned. She even put my daughter on a waiting list for her evaluation for OT and Vision Therapy! I would recommend then
