Appointment was on time. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Optometrist was great in answering all questions and explaining results. Between seeing the dr. and getting glasses they forgot about me for about 30ish min. But they apologized and issue was resolved.

Tried this place on a recommendation and was thrilled! The frames are high quality. I thought loosing/tightening screws was a standard for frames - until I came here! They stand behind their products and the customer service is knowledgeable, pleasant and consistent. The staff genuinely want you have the right style and best fit for you, regardless of price tag. Simply outstanding! I appreciate working with people so educated and pleasant.

I trust Dr. Allen with my vision care. Even though my vision is pretty bad, Dr. Allen is able to fit my contact lenses perfectly and always takes the time to complete a thorough exam and explain everything. Dr. Allen really cares about his patients and wants to make sure they are happy with their glasses and contacts. He has recently made improvements to ensure there is little or no wait time. I look forward to my next visit.

This is not about the Dr but about the attached glasses shop. Those guys are just interested in making money. I usually go to Chantilly office but yesterday my son broke his glasses and since I was close the Ashburn location, I went there and I asked them if they could fix the glasses. The lady at the shop said sure but did a very bad job saying they cannot be repaired and tried really hard to sell a new pair. I didn't and landed up going to Chantilly location, there they fixed the glasses in no time and the glasses are as good as new.

An impromptu request for assistance in choosing new frames proved optician, Megan Thevenot, to have an excellent eye. Her ability to match the best frames for my face was quick and decisive, then she topped off the service with a concise explanation about how progressive lenses are designed to work. This clarifying information really aided my choice. Bravo Megan! I appreciate working with one so educated and pleasant.
