This office steals money and over charges for service. My son had oral surgery back in July,. My husband and I both have separate dental plans in which this dental office charged both dental plans and then had us pay 800.00 at the time of service. When I called the billing office, the sulking staff stated “ oh we didn’t get a EOB” from the One insurance company which was a complete LIE! I received a EOB on 8/24/2022 which I emailed to them. Long story short… medical and dental offices are stealing from the patients.
Dr. Forest did a great job extracting my son's wisdom teeth recently. She made sure we were both aware of what to expect, how to provide after care, and even personally called later in the evening to check on him. I appreciate the care she provided.
