Albertsons Pharmacy

As a healthcare worker for over fifteen years, I have seen and experienced some memorably rude interactions with patients. The behavior of the staff at this pharmacy ranks pretty high among these experiences. If you are lucky, you will get someone who will act outwardly pleasant yet be completely uninterested in helping you. Never before have I had a pharmacy refuse to call a different store to find a place that has my prescription or try to see when I can pick it up. If you’re unlucky you will get someone who is rude to the point of being combative. Borderline abusive to me and the staff at the doctor’s office for a misunderstanding on her part. I would urge anyone to find an alternative pharmacy to use, as this one is among the worst I’ve ever encountered.

Very rude and unprofessional. They hung up the phone on me 5 times back to back! Two different individuals. Definitely should greet with their name and job title. There are so many better retail pharmacies, do not go here.

Staff was rude to me at drop off and pickup, for basically no reason. Don’t go here unless you really have to, and even then I wouldn’t

This Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. They are always extremely helpful whenever I come In or need anything. Anyone who say otherwise are mostly likely entitled and rude people. I have seen these workers go above and beyond and watched people attack them. If you want a good pharmacy I say Start here first and try for yourself and ignore the negativity from others.

Efficiency is up to par, they always have my medication on time and when they said they would. If my medication is unavailable, they give me a temporary refill until the order comes in. Prices, even without insurance, are amazing too! Their biggest downfall is their pharmacy tech Andrea. She is extremely condescending and rude over the phone, any time I've called her. She's talked to my mother this way before as well. Talks down to us like we're 4 years old or we're stupid and don't understand. Please replace this girl or give her a class on how to speak to people. She leaves a lot to be desired in the customer service aspect of her job.
