Terrible pharmacy. NO communication, will not get prescriptions to you on time, to the point where I have gone DAYS without a working communication to pair with my insulin pump. But they monopolize the availability. Go ANYWHERE else if you can.

I phone order freestyle sensors and have never had an issue. I call in my order, and they have been very helpful, especially when I have extended travel and need an additional supply of sensors. My order has always been ready as scheduled. Parking can be difficult there, and you have only a 10 minute grace period.

My medical equipment has been shipped to the wrong house 4 consecutive times since moving a year ago. I have called and updated the shipping address after every delivery but nothing seems to change.

If you're a Hawaii Resident and need diabetic medical supplies, the manufacturer may recommend Pharmacare at Aiea Medical to handle your prescriptions. I don't know if their phone number works or not, because I've never been able to reach a human that can actually get me a prescription for anything. Go to Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy instead.
