AID Performance Physical Therapy Ashburn

I started physical therapy two months ago following my meniscectomy, and the team has been incredible. Noah my PT was amazing throughout my recovery — knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in my progress. Lucas and Genevieve were equally supportive and attentive. Natasha at the front desk was equally impressive. Although I already had an appointment scheduled, she proactively placed me on the waiting list and contacted me when a more convenient time opened up. That level of attention made a real difference. Highly recommend this entire team.

The team at AID is amazing! Every last member makes you feel cared-for, like a best friend. I've had the pleasure of working with each therapist there and found they each bring something unique and helpful to my treatment. There is always different therapies to help me with my recovery from Graston, Cupping, and Dry needling to classic massage and unique exercises. This dynamic team has taken me from post ankle surgery where I couldn't move my ankle to full strength recovery. They are a great team and easy to schedule with their friendly, helpful staff. I'm very grateful for all they've done to help me.

This is the second time I have used AID Performance for physical therapy because I am pleased with my previous experience and the team is great to work with. The team at AID performance are courteous, friendly, and most importantly listen to the patient’s concerns and feedback from previous sessions. The staff is very interested in helping people return to the level of physical performance the patient is looking to achieve. Rylee has provided excellent care and information on the best exercises to do at home while I am rehabbing my knee.

AID is an incredible place. The therapists, technicians, office staff are talented professionals who focus on patient first mentality. I had a nasty ankle injury and they took the time to listen and understand my concerns, and pivoted exercises if there was unnecessary pain. The ankle is stronger now and I can actually walk normal and have them to thank for it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any needs you may have.

I've had unfortunately my fair share of physical therapy in the last 12 years. This facility has been different than any other place I've ever gone. I saw this in an extremely good way because they have been more thorough, comprehensive and commutative than any other facility. Most PT places seem to only care about that one part on your body that hurts that the PT is forced to treat even when the root cause may be something else. Here, even though I'm going again for a back sciatica issue, they've uncovered the mysteries of why I've had this chronic pain and now we're working through solutions that I think will make a difference. I can tell everyone there cares. They're very well trained, not just in old school PT. Best practices but also the new techniques and I have hope for recovery fo
