AFC Urgent Care VOA Mason West Chester

I brought my 4-year-old son to this clinic with a dangerously high fever of 105°F. When we arrived, there were no other patients in the waiting room, yet the receptionist showed no urgency or concern whatsoever. Instead of immediately alerting medical staff or prioritizing my child’s condition, I was asked to complete standard paperwork while my son was clearly miserable and in distress. After I finished the paperwork, I was simply told to have a seat — despite being the only patient there — while staff members continued discussing work schedules at the front desk. At no point did anyone acknowledge the severity of my child’s condition or attempt to assess him promptly. This level of indifference toward a child with a medical emergency is deeply concerning. I cannot recommend this clinic

If you’re ever in need of an urgent care, check this place out, highly recommend! I have never had a bad experience here!! Waiting room times are low, 10 minutes max, front desk staff is very pleasant, and patient! Medical staff is just as pleasant, patient, and actually listens to the patient! NP, Jennifer Wills is very thorough, and attentive!

The staff was great! Also, the online Check-in process was very easy, so the wait was very minimal. The facility was clean as well. If any of my family members or I have urgent care needs again we’ll definitely go to this location.

Was able to schedule an appointment and get in very quickly. The care team was fantastic! My mom was very ill with flu like symptoms but it turned out to be pneumonia. She received a breathing treatment and several prescriptions. We were in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend this facility and care team

The woman at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful. The first nurse who saw me was also very helpful. Second person (not sure if she was a doctor or nurse) was in the room with me for all of 30 seconds. I had seen her before in the past and she never explains after care instructions or really explains why she is prescribing what she does. I came in for swollen eyebrows due to an allergic reaction. She prescribed me prednisone which I believe was the right call. But she said nothing about making sure not to touch it or how to clean them or how long before it goes down or if it doesn’t go down by this time then do this. It felt like she had no concern whatsoever. I know she doesn’t know me and that’s fine but the things I just mentioned should be basic for $135 . And as I mention
