AFC Urgent Care Sanford

Emily and Shante have been amazing. My daughter & I went in and they were quick, funny, and very gentle with both me and my daughter. We really appreciate how comfortable and cared for you’ve made us feel. Thank you for the kindness and great care.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lauren at the front desk, who was courteous and welcoming. Being in discomfort, her warm and professional demeanor immediately provided reassurance that I was in capable hands. During triage, Emily was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. Ginger was equally caring and supportive throughout my visit. She ensured that all of my needs were addressed and thoughtfully checked back in with me prior to my departure to confirm that I was feeling better. Overall, the team demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Lauren front desk receptionist, is of great asset, very empathetic and professional. No wait, place is very clean and everyone here is professional, pleasant and cordial. My nurse was very nice and informative. Drs. do not rush and they take time to explain visit and after care treatment. I would give a 10 start rating but this only allows a 5 star. I will recommend this urgent care to family and friends. Keep up the great job you are all a wonderful team!

Have been to this place twice now. The only downfall is that they are not a primary care. Starting with the front when we walked in. The receptionist was very nice and the atmosphere was great. We were not sitting long. Maybe 10 minutes. Went in the back and waiting about 5 minutes for the doctor. The doctor was phenomenal. She explained everything so we understand and was very helpful. I think this place is excellent.

This place was AMAZING! Very clean and the service was excellent. Shantae was very helpful in taking care of me, making sure I got in and out in a timely manner, and she even gave me a remote for the tv when I was waiting for the doctor. Would highly recommend!
